Before starting his own firm, Wiley worked as an accountant for DAP Health, a respected organization deeply rooted in the Palm Springs community. That experience reinforced the importance of service, trust, discretion, and strong relationships within the Coachella Valley.

Wiley is a graduate of California Baptist University and completed graduate-level study at University of California, San Diego.
